general rental policies

Seven Maples is our home, and we ask that you treat it as such. Noise, trash, alcohol, and use of the property are all subject to restrictions that we will discuss with you when you make a reservation.

hours of use

Our wedding package includes access and use of Seven Maples from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm on the day preceding the event and from 9:00 am until 11:00 pm on the day of the event. All guests must be off the premises by the end of your rental time. Failure to abide by this requirement will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

noise

Music may be played at events, but must be kept to a reasonable volume as deemed by the Seven Maples staff. We have neighbors, and we want to respect their space and senses! Music must be off by 10:00 pm - no exceptions.
